Terms of Service

1. Private Streaming Access

Your annual access pass is for private streaming playback only. No download, remix, sync, commercial use, resale, redistribution, public performance, or ownership rights are granted unless separately agreed in writing by Bully Meow.

2. Wallet Safety

We will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, NFT approvals, token approvals, or setApprovalForAll. Connecting your wallet only shares your public wallet address. You are responsible for verifying wallet prompts before signing or sending any transaction.

3. Eligible NFT Access

Normies and CryptoPunks holders may be eligible to purchase access. Eligibility is checked using public blockchain or collection API data. Once purchased, the annual pass belongs to the purchasing wallet for the stated pass period, even if the NFT is later sold or transferred.

4. Price and Payments

Access is priced at 0.0069 ETH unless changed on the site before purchase. Blockchain payments are final once confirmed. You are responsible for network fees, wallet errors, failed transactions, wrong-network transactions, and tax obligations.

5. Refunds

Refunds are only considered if there is a service problem caused by us that prevents reasonable access to the jukebox and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time. Refunds do not include gas fees, wallet fees, exchange fees, market losses, or third-party costs.

6. Service Availability

The jukebox is provided as an MVP and may experience downtime, bugs, maintenance, API failures, wallet issues, blockchain delays, or changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent availability.

7. Bad Actors and Misuse

You agree not to abuse, scrape, attack, copy, bypass, resell, automate, overload, exploit, or interfere with the jukebox, protected streams, server, payment flow, or access system.

8. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Bully Meow and its operators from claims, damages, losses, or costs caused by your misuse of the service, violation of these terms, illegal activity, wallet compromise, infringement, or harm to another person.

9. Liability Cap

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the jukebox is limited to the amount you paid for your current access pass, capped at USD $10 or the closest ETH equivalent at the time of payment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, market, wallet, NFT, gas, or lost-profit damages.

10. Changes

We may update these terms or the jukebox experience. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
